Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to AirDummyTickets.com. By accessing or using our website, purchase options, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
AirDummyTickets provides temporary, GDS-registered flight reservations (dummy tickets), hotel booking proofs, and travel medical insurance confirmations. These documents are created specifically for visa application files, embassy appointments, and onward travel check validation at airport desks.
CRITICAL NOTICE: Our dummy tickets are NOT active travel tickets and cannot be used to board an actual flight. They are held under a payment-pending state for documentation purposes only.
3. Accuracy of Information
It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide correct traveler details, spelling (matching the passport), departure/arrival airports, and travel dates. Once a booking is submitted and generated in GDS databases, modifications may require a new transaction fee.
4. Ticket Validity and Hold Timelines
Flight reservations are held in active state on GDS databases according to airline rules. These holds typically last from 48 hours up to 2 weeks, depending on route demand, class availability, and proximity to departure. We do not guarantee a fixed lifespan for the reservation, as airlines reserve the right to release unpaid bookings at their discretion.
5. Delivery Estimates
We aim to process and dispatch GDS dummy tickets in 5 to 15 minutes, and hotel proofs or insurance certificates in 15 to 30 minutes. However, system delays in GDS gateways or airline APIs may occasionally extend turnaround times. We are not liable for delays resulting from airline database issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
AirDummyTickets and its parent organization are not responsible for visa rejections, denied airport boarding, travel delays, or financial losses resulting from the use of our services. Travelers use our documentation services at their own risk.
